About The Poets (Alphabetical Order by Last Name):
Roe Braddy is a multi-award winning author. Her work has been published in several on-line literary journals. She also worked as the former editor-in-chief of the local magazine Black Wall Street PA.
Tina Lamoreux graduated with a BA in English from Messiah University. She published her first poetry chapbook in 2025 and has many new projects in the works.
S.J. Lynne is a modern-day metaphysical poet, mystic, and seminarian living in Lancaster, PA. When the weather is fine, she’ll appear at local farmers markets and town events with her typewriter to offer “poems for strangers.” Her work employs evocative imagery that is at once personal and universal, drawing inspiration from childhood nursery rhymes, timeless bards, musical theatre, astrology, and Christian tradition.
Mitchell Ryan Murtoff was raised in Gardners, PA and began his writing career in 2020. Besides his two books of poetry, he currently has four more books published, with another one that will be available this spring. In addition to writing, Mitchell has started to pursue a career in the music industry.
James E. Roethlein, a graduate of Milton Hershey School, wrote his first poem while attending there in 1987 and is the author of four books of poetry as well as a chapbook. His work has appeared in Canada, Australia, and the US, and in 2010 he was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. James (former long-time resident of Palmyra) currently lives in Middletown with his cat.
Cassandra Skelton, award-winning poet, has published 4 poetry books: Real Purpose: You Are Special (2026 International Impact Book Awards winner), Life Experienced, Encouraging Through Sharing: A Christian’s Perspective, and A Love Gift. She’s also shared her work at various open mic events.
